Jeff is a longtime resident of Lee MA graduating from Lee High School in 1985 and continuing his education with a business degree in Marketing from Ithaca College in Ithaca NY. After graduating from college Jeff spent several years as a retail manager until returning to Lee in 1995 and beginning to work at Frank Consolati Insurance after earning his MA Insurance license. Jeff has two children Alex and Megan. Alex is currently studying for an engineering degree at Syracuse University in NY and is also in the ROTC program. Megan is attending Lee High School and is an honor student.

Frank was a lifelong resident of Lee, graduating from Lee High School in 1957 and joining the Marines for which he was a reservist with until 1963. In 1960 and 1961, Frank attended the Hartford School of Insurance in Hartford, CT. In 1961, he joined his father (Frank P.) at the Frank P. Consolati Insurance Agency that he opened in 1945. He spent every day doing what he loved, visiting with old friends while he does their taxes.

Holly has been with Consolati Insurance since 2001 after graduating from Mildred Elley with an associate degree in Business. Her many years of experience has made he the go-to for personal and commercial business insurance quotes, claims and everything in between. Holly loves to be able to help our loyal customers by saving them money on their insurance or helping them through the claims process.

Meghan has been with Frank Consolati Insurance Agency since 2022. After working many years in the health insurance field, a change in career has taken her on a new path in to the world of personal and commercial insurance lines. Meghan is an active member in her community and enjoys spending time with her family and beloved dog. Meghan enjoys being able to help both our new and existing customers with all of their insurance need

Toni is a lifelong Lee resident, graduating from Lee High School in 1983 and attending Berkshire Community College to study computer programming.  Upon graduation Toni worked at Ray Murray in data entry, accounts receivables and customer service for 12 years. Toni then spent 13 years as a stay at home mom and reentered the work force at Legacy Banks in 2010 as a teller.  While there, Toni enjoyed working with the public and getting to know clients on a first name basis. In 2012 after Legacy’s merger with NBT Bank she became a teller supervisor and was recognized as one of NBT’s Star Leaders. In 2014, Toni studied for and passed her exams to become a licensed insurance producer and began working at Consolati Insurance. Here she has found her niche to assist clients in choosing insurance options that both fit their need and budget.  She is happiest when conversing with customers and enjoys getting to know them on a personal level. Her love of service to the community has led her to become a member of the Tri-Town Rotary where she participates in community suppers at the Lee Congregational Church, fund raising for scholarships and is on the scholarship committee.

Carol Consolati grew up in Lenox as Carol Flynn and graduated from Lenox High in 1957. She then attended St. Luke’s Hospital in Pittsfield MA from 1957 to 1960 where she became a Registered Nurse. Carol worked as a RN from 1960 to 1963 when she had her first or four boys. She continued to be a stay at home mom until 1985 when she started helping with taxes in order to put Frank and her sons through college. She continues to do so to this day, correcting Frank’s mistakes and never letting him forget them. Carol currently acts as the corporate secretary for Consolati Insurance.
